My knee kept giving out on me over a year after another doctor replaced it. I was told that nothing was wrong. after months of therapy, I still couldn't hike or walk on the beach because of the pain. I saw Dr. Witmer who listened to me, did some testing, and determined my knee needed more stability. He went in and re did it 6 months ago, and today I am able to hike without pain! Surgery was at bone and joint institute which was awesome, all of the staff there were great. His office is easy to work with and everyone is very nice. At this point, I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on me!

I had total hip replacement surgery on January 17. My recovery has been much better than I expected. I’m ready to play golf again. Dr Witmer and his staff are courteous, supportive and professional. I have recommended other friends to call Dr Witmer, they also had a positive experience. I can’t thank them enough for their service.

I had a total hip replacement on January 16, 2025 and had a great experience from my 1st consultation, to surgery and follow up visits. Dr Witmer, Neville Graham, office staff and medical team are so caring and professional. I have nothing more to say other than thank you!

My visit with Dr. Witmer was one of the most comprehensive visits with an MD that I have ever had. He listened to my concerns, examined me, and discussed my options in detail. He reviewed my chronic medical conditions and we discussed how nutrition plays a role in recovery. His team in the office was nice, helpful, and I felt like they really cared about me. I will be recommending him to everyone!

Dr Witmer may be a skilled surgeon but his listening skills and lack of empathy overshadow all else. He has a huge ego and is defensive, acting as if he is above reproach. He took over my former doctor’s practice, Dr Courtland Lewis , a God among men. Sadly, Dr Witmer does not come close to measuring up. Thankfully his PA is wonderful. I have never left a bad review for a physician and am sorry to do so. Other patients must be warned.

Dr. Witmer and his caring staff worked a miracle on my right hip. The debilitating pain is gone and I can walk and move again. No question my total hip replacement surgery and recovery was successful, speedy and went smoother than I could possibly ever imagine. The entire process and expectations were clearly explained from A to Z . No question, Dr. Witmer and his team are great listeners and provided great care with a compassionate and calming bedside manner. All in all, they are a brilliant, knowledgeable, compassionate and competent team with superior best in class service. The great ancient philosopher and father of medicine and surgery, Hippocrates, would be very proud of Dr. Witmer and his medical team! I cannot say enough good things about this surgical experience and the medical team involved. Outstanding medical care and excellence upheld in the highest level!

If I needed any further surgery on knees or hips Dr Witmer would be my first choice. He is kind and considerate making him ideal for this type of surgery.

Very professional as well as good listening skills. I felt very comfortable with Dr Witmer's knowledge and explanations of procedure and expectations. He is an amazing surgeon. Recovery was easy and I never experienced any significant pain or discomfort.

This was no ordinary knee replacement! My knee was crooked from a previous accident. Dr.Whitmer and his team were able to straighten my knee so that I can walk without pain again. Amazing work!

This medical office is one of the best around. Caring, helpful, available and knowledgeable. They provided everything I needed to have two knee replacements in four months. I suggest you not need to replace a knee, but if you do need the surgery, have Dr Witmer and Neville on your team.

5 star all day. HIGHLY recommend. Need infected three times with three operations to correct the problem with no success with other doctor.Dr. Witmer was a last-minute replacement on the last surgery fortunately, for me, he saved me from amputation. five star friendly, five star knowledgeable. Three years later still doing fine and no sign infection thank you Dr. Witmer.

I had a hip revision needed because of cobalt poisoning. I felt so much better after the procedure.

Dr. Witmer and his team (Neville and Terri) have been so amazing to me in the past 5 plus years. Best medical team and kindest people I ever experienced. Caring, knowledgeable, proactive and reactive if needed, they are there for you, they truly care. I could have not gone thru this journey of having both knees replaced without them.
