Very rude.
Went for my dad appt. 1st time meeting her. Can in very rude saying why we here without no proper greeting and proceeded to say she never seen us before. Like obviously new patient. And Dr.huerta said she has no time for new patients it's a 40min process. And she will be leaving soon to Sacramento. Her demeanor was alot of attitude and proceeded to raise her voice and sigh multiple times. Did not give her right to treat us the way she did she should of have establish that with her team and not make future appt with new patients. Dr. Huerta dismissed alot of concerns and directed us to go see another doctor in that location for further more medical care in month. All we were able to do was get refills to medication. Didn't even bother to look at the chart right on the computer or notes to other doctors. Dr.huerta definitely did not care for patients ready to pass it on to the next doctor.

NO OPENINGS
We LOVE Dr Huerta However for the first time in two years we needed to see her because my husband was very sick. The first opening she had was in OCTOBER. Today is July 28!!!! Recommended going to immediate care facility. If you are healthy she can see you. If you are sick she can’t. She is lovely but the low star rating is because she already has too many patients if she can’t see sick ones. Very sad to have to post this. But off we go to immediate care to see a strange and new doctor.

She was on call for our primary physician and she NEVER called my husband back after we paged her twice. He’s a cancer patient in lots of pain but didn’t seem to care. She obviously has no compassion. We didn’t even get the courtesy of a call! We never received treatment because she never returned our call. We won’t be seeing her in the future either.
