Great Dentist
Dr. Cross was GREAT!!! He was so nice, friendly (we talked about VA Beach) and informative. He did my implant and extracted 2 of my teeth. I was so devastated when I heard he no longer worked in Mebane, NC where I received care from him at. Wherever he goes they will be lucky to have him in my opinion!

Dr. Cross pulled my wisdom teeth when he had an office in Philadelphia. He was the best! I actually stopped breathing and when I woke up he told me and had me come back and used another method of anesthesia and successfully pulled my wisdom teeth!! He was very nice, and comical. He was great with me as well as with my husband who was there with me both times. I was very sad to see him go but I am so happy to see that he is doing very well in North Carolina!! You’ve got a great one North Carolina!!! I sure hope that it’s the same Dr. Darren Cross!! ????

Wisdom Teeth Removal
Both my sibling and I had our wisdom teeth removed as young adults while his practice was still in Columbia, SC. Dr. Cross did SUCH an amazing job, neither of us had any pain post surgery, not swelling. He also has wonderful bedside manner and called us afterwards that evening to check on us. I’ve known other people to have excruciating pain from their surgery but Dr. Cross has magic hands and amazing skills ??

Dr. Cross was the best oral surgeon I have ever been to. He was polite and kind and knew what he was doing. His staff was great. He extracted a molar that had extra big roots and I needed stitches. The whole procedure went smooth and my mouth healed beautifully. I would recommend Dr. Cross highly.

Two years ago today was both the worst day of our lives and the best. Our barely 18 year old daughter was in a severe car accident that morning and by that night she was having surgery on her face and teeth. Dr. Cross was so kind (he even washed the blood out of her hair during surgery because she was so worried about it). But her teeth and the scar on her face are barely noticeable now. At the follow ups, he was still nothing but kind and patient. He treated her like she was his own daughter.
