Dr. Prince examined my 92-year-old mother and we found him to be very attentive and personable. Our visit was not rushed and we we very pleased with our visit. Would recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Prince listens very well and is observant in ways you would not think. And he remembered some of my last discussion from 6 months ago. I feel comfortable seeing him. And he doesn't run unnecessary tests. Thank You, Dr. Prince.

Dr. Prince was recommended to me by my previous neurologist. He was always distracted or rushed through the appointment. He never opened my chart in the exam room or got to know my history or me as a patient. His nurses showed little empathy or customer service. I never received phone calls back and felt very neglected by him. His colleague Dr. Heder was just as rude. I was truly disappointed by Summit office care and a receptionist at Waukesha's customer service. I would NEVER recommend him.

Dr. Prince is very nice but he always seemed to be in a hurry. And perhaps this is why he wasn't very gentle with the botox injections. He also gave me samples of meds that I shouldn't have taken, thankfully I'm one of those who read the pamphlets that come with the box. Why do we take the time and list our medicines if our doctors don't make sure to check it before prescribing or handing out samples?

Nurse was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Prince was extremely friendly and very effective in his explanations. Both my husband and I understood what he was telling us. He also never made us feel rushed. In fact, he made us feel that we were important patients. We are new to WI, and our experience with new doctors has not been particularly satisfying. Dr. Prince's time with us was very satisfying.
