Excellent physician
Dr. Brignall has been my physician for about ten years. He’s been outstanding. He listens carefully and is always respectful and responsive. I’m 72 and as I’ve aged I’ve had more medical issues, a couple of them somewhat complicated. He has steered me right every time. He’s the best doc I’ve ever had, and I feel very fortunate to be in his care.

Review of Dr Brignall
Dr Brignall was my primary care provider for about 2 years. I saw him about 4 or 5 times. At least in my case, he practices minimal medicine , comes in with an iPad and takes a few notes, makes a few non-commital comments and ends the encounter. There is nothing warm or friendly about him, but he might be better with young female patients.

What could be improved
  • I didn't feel respected
  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Appointment was rushed
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions

Swing and a miss
Terrible experience. I was misdiagnosed with a stroke (52 year old very healthy: bike to work etc.). My wife and I are both trained scientists and the diagnosis didn't add up. He was dismissive and just blindly followed the usual drug protocol (which made me seriously sick). We fired him. New Doc. confirmed I had a migraine and the unnecessary medications were wreaking havoc on my body. If your care requires someone who listens and pays attention, look elsewhere.

Dr. Brignall is elitist, detached from his patients, and repeatedly wrecked havoc with my diabetes care. The staff is rude and often attempts to blame patients for not calling for their own referrals and Prior Authorizations, when the patient has no authority to make such calls.
