Last year Dr. Field replaced my hip, reattached 2 muscles, repaired a torn ligament.....basically I call him the miracle worker because every step was painful before surgery, and now I'm a new person! He is excellent and I would recommend him to everyone.

My husband is a big guy. He needed both hips and knees replaced. He spent the better part of two years in so much pain and looked for a surgeon who would help him. No doctor would touch him but thankfully we found Dr. Fields after a friend referral. Two hips have been replaced and one knee so far. Dr Fields is compassionate and a wonderful doctor. I am so happy that my husband is pain free and getting his smile back!

Dr. Field did a half knee replacement for me and I would say so far that It was the best decision to only replace the bad part of my knee save the good side. Dr. Suggested that he thought it was the best way to repair it in my situation. At first I thought I needed to just do a complete knee. Best the master knows what to do..

Dr. Field is a good listener. He took as much time explaining my condition as needed. He was quite late and I had a long wait in the office. Dr. Field is taking a step by step approach and is not overly aggressive or quick to recommend surgery. We did an MRI and from that, he ordered physical therapy. If that doesn't work, then we look at surgery. I prefer that sort of approach. His office staff at Midwest Orthopedics was the worst I have ever encountered! Rude, no call backs, follow ups
