Highly recommend!
I’ve seen Dr. Goss three times now and every experience has been positive. At my most recent visit, he explained my MRI results clearly and thoroughly, and he answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. As always, the entire staff was kind and professional. I’m grateful to have found a doctor and practice I can trust!

Great First Impression
First visit with Dr. Goss. He listened to my complete medical history and how and why I had arrived at his office. Reviewed imaging with me with full explanation of situation and arrived at a treatment plan that did not require surgery.

Dr. Goss
He was on time! He was very knowledgeable about the problem I was having with my spine. He gave me choices to try before we would do any surgeries. He used his ipad to show me the problems with my back with pictures of a healthy back and pictures of my back side by side. This was my first visit and I came out feeling good about the discussion to have Dr.Goss as my spine specialist.

Now that they have pain management, it appears they use this to put The patient in a catch 22. They have lost sight of what's best for the patient or what's easier for the patient. From now on, I will never make the choice pain management.

Dr. Goss has a natural ability that puts you at ease as soon as you meet him. I was somewhat anxious since I had been on a 3 year quest in trying to get some answers. He explained my condition very clearly. He then went on to explain my options in detail. He stressed that I didn’t need to make a decision today. I left his office feeling encouraged and grateful.

Awesome, positive experience
Dr. Goss and his staff are both welcoming and straightforward in their treatment of spinal disorders. I will follow up on Dr. Goss's recommendations with my general practicioner, as he recommended. Beeing seen by this practice reaffirms my belief in true, caring medical practices still alive and well in the USA!

No compassion or empathy. Seek care elsewhere
I had the great misfortune to have had a cervical epidural injection Mar 2024. it was the worst medical procedure of my life. He did not even give appropriate numbing and I felt Every STAB of the needle. I screamed and was virtually terrified that I would be permanently damaged. His only response was “it’s a painful procedure.” Oddly none of the others I’ve had were painful. What’s worse is to find that my referring MD wanted me to see a specific pain specialist not this guy. Wish I had read his reviews.

Sciatica pain
I had a good experience. Dr. Fox performed a microdiscectomy in July, 2023. My pain got worse instead of better. I suffered a few more months until I was referred to Dr. Goss for an injection on November 1, 2023. I have not had any more pain since then. It is slowly creeping back, but I have appreciated the relief since November.

Did not like his bedside manner and decided that I would not let anyone cut on me who I did not trust. Good thing...found out I needed less invasive surgery

I agree with all the other about this so called Dr. If you look at SMOC where he works you will see why you should never ever ever see this guy....he is rude, nasty and just a creep. He will call you names and make rude comments about your dead family members. He has no regard to doing his work or treating you with any respect at all Does not take the time to listen to you at all. Disregards anything you say as wasting his time.. save yourself a lifetime of pain and see a Dr who finished in the top of his class and. Not the bottom 1% of this country

Not happy!
Dr. Goss was on call when my mother broke her hip. He did such a bad job that she had to have it all redone 10 months later by a different doctor. Not sure why he didn’t admit this was not his specialty and call in a specialist who does hips. Instead my poor mom, whose 93, spent 10 months in terrible pain. He did admit he didn’t cement it down. It was heartbreaking!

Dr. Goss operated on me in 2007 he made me worse but his ego would not allow him to except that. I got a second opinion who told me two of my screws never adhered to the bone and that Dr. Goss should never operate on a person until they have stopped smoking and he knew I smoked at least a pack a day!He has given me 14 of the worst years of my life much worse than before I went to him for help!
