Dr. David Kostick, MD

My visit with Dr. Kostick after waiting so long was a waist of time! Dr. Kostick was horrible and treated me like I was a nobody. I was hesitant about going and finally after seeing him he is a horrible person and not a good eye doctor at all, he looks down on people and the things he said to me I don’t even want to get started! He need to retire he has no manners! I will tell everyone I know not to go there and to stay far far away!

So far, just had a consultation with him. Very friendly. Explained options. Appears to be competent.

I was diagnosed in November with a basal cell on the rim of my lower eyelid and fortunately for me I was referred to Dr kostick for an exam and evaluation. I found his office and his staff to be excellent and Dr kostick himself was very impressive. He explained everything that was going on with my eye, the options that I had. And answered any and all questions that I had at that time. He did the surgery in early January and everyone has been absolutely amazed at the result. One week after the surgery you could hardly tell that I had had a procedure done on my lower eyelid. I highly recommend Dr kostic and should I ever be in a situation where I need a surgeon of his expertise again I will definitely be going back to see him.

Dr Kostick was genuine and straightforward in pre op and confident and ready to fix the issue I had with one eye. I was never uncomfortable or in any pain nor incoherent coming out of anesthesia (that I recall) and went home with detailed instruction on meds, “do’s and don’ts” and appts for one day and one week followups. I can not detect the tube stent in one nostril that will be removed in 12 weeks. I’m greatly encouraged that this second surgery to unblock a tear duct, and channel the unrelenting tears from pooling and spilling down onto my cheek, blurring and distorting my vision, for over two years, will be successful, after a first failed attempt ten months prior by a different surgeon in a different practice. I would recommend Dr Kostick to others experiencing this same challenge! Thank you sincerely, Dr Kostick!

Exceptionally skilled eye surgeon. Dr Kostick repaired my ptosis (drooped eyelid) after another surgeon botched the surgery. My case was anything but normal. He gave it a 50/50 shot at successful surgery. I'm thrilled that I took a chance. The surgery was a complete success.

Dr. David Kostick is a brilliant skilled surgeon! I had reconstructive surgery after skin cancer was removed from around two eyes and nose area. He is a caring Doctor dedicated to his patients.

After waiting over an hour and noticing that there were still 2 more patients ahead of me, I left. The front desk people were friendly, but perhaps there needs to be more attention to scheduling.

Dr Kostick performed the surgical closure for a squamous cell carcinoma that was removed from my eyelid by a dermatological MOHS surgeon. My dermatologist did a great job, but he recommended that Dr Kostick perform the oculoplastic surgery that was necessary to properly repair/close the sensitive area at the eyelid. Approximately one third of my eyelid had to be reconstructed/closed by Dr Kostick. Amazingly, and just after 10 days, my eyelid looks normal and it is difficult to even see any defect. Dr Kostick is an awesome Oculoplastic Surgeon!

Dr. Kostick is an absolutely wonderful and skilled physician/surgeon. He is ethical, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and personable. He is a physician who has the concerns and best interests of his patients in the forefront. He has performed surgery on my eye several times with good results. I feel blessed that he has been my physician over the years and has guided me down the best route to preserve my eyesight and stabilize my disease process.
