He takes the time to review your chart and condition. He takes the time to go over your interests and is considerate of your time. Hard to get an appointment a he is very busy.

I'm supposed to be seen every quarter BUT every appointment has been rescheduled by his office. Each time they move the appt., it's two months out. So, it's been two years since the pacemaker implant and I haven't seen the doctor since he removed the stitches!First appt.: Received emails that I had an appt at a certain time and date at a specified address. I drove there only to be told I didn't have an appt. That happened TWICE before they told me that I was only to be near my Recorder, Ms. Rhythm would call and read the results. So I've had several such 'appts' but not once have I recvd the promised call. They do, however, bill Medicare quarterly.Appts with Dr. N require that I CONFIRM the email. Then, a few weeks later, another email which doesn't require a confirmation. Then, days out, a phone call confirmation. I have been coming to Dr. Navratil for a few years now. Find him to be knowledgeable and pleasant. He takes time with the patients and is thorough in going over any issues or questions. Will recommend.

I have known Dr Navratil, for many years; both as a Nurse and a patient. He is an exceptional provider and person. After my partner died in 2015, I started having palpitations. Hed did a stress test, Ekg and I wore a halter monitor for 24 hours. It turned out to be anxiety from the stress of Bill's passing. He was very kind and caring, as he always has been. He lost his own wife, in a tragic car accident, a few years ago.

I was sent to this office by my PCP in Nov. My first appt was cancelled bc dr was out of the office. Saw Dr Navratil and he seemed concerned and knowledge. He had me schedule (at his office) and echocardiogram. It was schedule for a Wednesday, two weeks later. They called as I was leaving for the appointment and said he tech was sick. I rescheduled for the following Wednesday and again, as I was leaving I was called and told the tech was ill. I rescheduled for the following Wednesday. When he tech walked into the room I asked if she was better and she said I’ve not been sick. I told her my last two appts were cancelled bc she was sick and she said the first wed she went out of town but had coverage for her appointments, she was there the second Wednesday. I scheduled an appt for my results with the doctor for Feb 28. Just got a call that the appt was cancelled and he could see me in April. This office doesn’t care about patients or accountability. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Love Dr. Navratil not so much staff. Three weeks ago had echo done on Friday, staff said they would talk to Dr and get back to me on Monday. No call back waited till Friday and left a message with cami on recording. Two weeks have passed since I left message and finally called them today Sept 23 exam was august 31 three weeks since exam and got a appt. Next week the 28th. This is very disturbing and could have had a medical issue without documentation. office staff gets an F they flunked.

Was great except for the appointment scheduler he needs to be replaced

Dr. David Navatil saved my life 26 years ago. I had WPW heart trouble and seen many doctors. After seeing him for a few months, I felt God gave me a gift when Dr. Navatil did surgery on me. His nurses had so much respect for him. Before he arrived, the surgical nurses were getting me ready for surgery. They checked their work twice and one of them told me that Dr. Navatil would check me before surgery as he gave all his patients 100 percent attention and was a perfectionist. He has the best personality of any Doctor I have ever had. Dr. Navatil is the Best!

Dr Navratil and his team get five stars!!!! Dr Navratil was referred to me at St Rose Hospital on a Sunday and had a pacemaker/ defibrillator put in on Monday. His bed side manner us fantastic. he's a top notch doctor without all the doctor bs that can be associated with a top notch surgeon. He just takes charge and is very good at explaining complicated cardio Vascular disease. If you have severe heart disease as I do and can get in to see him... There's no one better in Las Vegas in my opinion. From what I understand he is the doctor for pacemakers and such devices in Las Vegas and works mostly out of St Rose I believe. That's where I had mine put in by Dr Navratil.

I started seeing Dr Navratil 20 years ago in Henderson, NV. He was always my favorite because of his excellent care. Alas, he has returned to his home state and is practicing there.

I hate a Dr who you can never get in to see. He is always so rushed and never seems to listen to my concerns. Some times your practice gets so big you lose sight of your responsibilities to your patients. That is the case with this doctor.
