He’s always very thorough and tells me everything I need to know about my bladder. And I’m not having bladder infections at all. Knock on wood.

I DO NOT recommend. This is not about Pinkstaff
I am a veteran and been waiting for my appointment for 3 months with a catheter in since then Delay after delay. The VA told the office my case is URGENT!! today I get a call from their office, they have to cancel my appointment (in 2 days) and reschedule for 2 weeks later. The the doctor(dr. Sanders) will be in surgery that day. I told them I have been waiting 3 months to get the catheter out and find why I am having a problem. I have had infection, heavy blood in urine, pain etc. Why wait 2 days before appointment to figure this out. I was passed to say the least. When I got switched to a woman who I'm assuming was a supervisor it went south from there. No help at all. And she got to a point she was constantly talking over me and not listening. I told her the dr needs to reschedule his surgery since the VA notified them my case was an urgent one. She told me in no uncertain terms 'it doesn't work that way'. Then when I told her I would leave the house right now so theycan at least t

Excellent doctor! Excellent office! Recommend!
I have been seeing him for 4 years. He has never failed to be outgoing, optimistic, patient and kind. (Besides being the best Urologist!) I would never consider going to another doctor.

Exceeded expectations
Dr. Pinkstaff came in the door as a bundle of enthusiasm w a big smile. He reviewed the notes, asked me the exact questions needed to get details in my situation, and discussed past treatment and explained promise of the new treatment. He even looked up the Rx he was calling in for me at the location we use and with my insurance and told me “Sweet, it’s only $6 with your insurance!” Wow. How many doctors go to that extreme. I feel quite confident in what he has prescribed and he set me up for follow up in a month. I found out a friend who is an RN is familiar w him and had only glowing things to say as well. I really appreciate abductor with a personality in addition to solid experience. My pcp of 30 years is a great one too and has always sent me to incredible specialists when the need had arisen. Thanks, Dr. Pinkstaff, for getting me in quickly as well.

Dr. Pinkstaff is amazing. We switched my dad to seeing him after a bad experience with another dr. He is courteous, kind, funny, and extremely thorough. He explained things to us so well. Very thankful. He’s also loud so my dad can hear him. Highly recommend.

I first met Dr. Pinkstaff when we moved to Waco, and my husband was under treatment for bladder cancer. I've never found a doctor more caring, not only with my husband, but with me after each procedure. He was thorough, and let me know he cared. So when I needed a urologist, I asked to be referred to Dr. Pinkstaff. Not only did I find him knowledgeble, but he set me at ease about my upcoming procedure. I have full confidence in him. He's one of a kind with a booming personality.
