Best PCP in Decades
Dr. Purtle was attentive to my health issues, which others described as 'normal aging.' He made sure I got the proper tests and diagnostics from specialists. He helped to clear up several serious issues that could have decreased my quality of life or even killed me. I am forever grateful for his experience and care.

He is one of the most caring doctors I've ever had. He actually listens and talks to you about the diagnosis and or symptoms. He doesn't rush you out the door.

Dr Purtle is really exceptional. He is everything we usually complain about with other doctors. He truly listens, takes his time and genuinely cares about the elderly community. He is thoughtful yet pragmatic. I am truly happy he is the primary care doctor for my 93 year old mom. She means the world to me and I trust his knowledge and guidance to keep her healthy and happy

I have to agree totally with the previous posts - the doctor is good - the issues of trying to get thru on the phone and numerous oversights on drug orders and following up make it questionable as to whether I should continue. This has been a problem for over a year and tho it improves at times, you never know whether the phone will be answered. They need to get this resolved permanently!

I really like Dr. Purtle and the staff seems friendly but 2 weeks ago I called the office and was placed on hold for an hour and a half and today I am having the same issue. Presciptions are filled late and always an issue when drawing blood. Like the doctor but office staff need improvement especially answering calls in much less then an hour. Couldn't reach them today to cancel an appointment because I waited on hold until after the appointment time and no one came to the phone.
