Upscale orthopedic surgeon in Globe!
Upon entering the office I was impressed on how clean and organized everything was. I was called back in a timely manner and didn’t wait long for the X-ray technician. I have an anxiety disorder but the technician was patient and personable while remaining professional. The whole team maintains the same standards and work in unison. Dr. Richardson greeted me with a smile and immediately made me feel more comfortable. He was hospitable, professional and listened to my concerns. Furthermore, he was knowledgeable, direct and to the point, all of which I appreciate. Dr. Richardson was also reassuring that he and his team would work together to get me better. The back office was also very pleasant and immediately set me up for the next appointment. I couldn’t ask for better service and look forward to working with this team!!
