I wish I could give his office -10 stars. I went for an eye exam because they said that they accepted my insurance; I even double checked. But, when I went in just for an eye exam, they charged me $360. They later said that they didn't accept my insurance. They made an excuse that they had the wrong person's records up instead of mine. I wouldn't have gone there if they said that my insurance would not be covered. They had even said with their mouth that this isn't the first time this happened.

While Dr. Summer is not one to waste time on lots of warm and fuzzies, he is extremely competent, professional, and takes the utmost care of the vision of his patients. Our entire family sees him and has for years. He has seen us through some difficult problems. His skill in cataract surgery is amazing. I know that he sees the quality of my vision as his responsibility when I go to him for care. We see him at his office on Duke St. It isn't as fancy as his main office, but more convenient for us
