I will never recommend no one to go there ever
She told me as soon as she sat down before even looking at my information that there’s nothing she could do for me that I will have to deal with my issue with my knee for the rest of my life and not to have a surgery in my other knee knowing I will have to have it and that I’m one of those that wouldn’t benefit from it. Then she said you how your other knee is doing. That whole visit was a slap in the face and it was my first time ever going there. That was my first visit. It was very hurtful and none caring. I have never been talked to like that by a doctor ever. You can tell she judged me and was very judge mental and none caring. If that’s all you have to say to people then you should not be in practice. I can’t help I’m a s African American female . You still have to have respect for a person in need of help. That visit was rude and unacceptable. I will never go there again or refer anyone to that practice.

I initially saw another orthopedic surgeon who misdiagnosed me and after a month when I realized my shoulder muscle was wasting away, talked to a friend who had had shoulder surgery and was medically well informed. He recommended Dr. Boyette who immediately correctly diagnosed my problem as well as recommended financial assistance that was available to me. Boyette performed excellent surgery and gave me excellent care for my massive rotator cuff tear as well as saving me around $42,000 in medical bills by referring me to a financial assistance program.

No alternative medical services were considered when Medicare would not cover prescribed brace. Showed lack of concern for care of patient.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Boyette and Greg Beres for over 10 years and would highly recommend their practice. Dr. Boyette recently repaired a torn labrum on our 18 year old son during the summer before heading to college. The follow up that their office provided was above and beyond what was expected. In addition, they were extremely helpful in navigating through physical therapy appointments in Charlotte and with the University Sports staff. We would not see anyone else!!!

Will never recommend this doctor. She’s has terrible bed side manners. She doesn’t care if her patients are in pain or not.

I have been with Dr. Boyette for 9 years. I would NEVER have anyone else (besides Greg) touch my ankle. She is the absolute best at her craft, with all the training to go with it.
