This was my 1st time to see Dr. Foley and I was highly impressed! She spends time with you and listens to everything you have to say. You may not like everything she says but she is honest and is definitely there to help you. Lets face the facts...truth hurts sometimes. I haven't ever seen a Dr that was a through as she was. I left there with a lot of testing to go thru and blood work. I haven't ever seen anyone who cared enough to rule things out or to see if there truly is something going on beyond the norm. She absolutely gives you a peace of mind. I was referred to Dr. Foley and it was worth the 1hr and 45 min drive to see her especially when you feel your care had been neglected. Her staff was absolutely exceptional. Mackenzie was so sweet and didn't make you feel unwelcomed. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. She greeted you and tells you she is glad to see you and thanks you for choosing their facility. Overall was the best experience! Highly Recommended!

I rarely write a review but tonight I was reminded yet again about what an exceptional practice Premier Rheumatology of Oklahoma is. Dr. Foley is assertive, she is also a good listener and a great physician. Her office is lovely and so is her staff. I told my husband this evening, “she has done more for me than all of my other physician’s combined,” (and I have had the blessing of seeing several really good physicians) thereby prompting this post. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Debbie Gladd Foley!

I have been seeing Dr. Gladd-Foley for several years... first through Central States, and now at her private practice Premier Rheumatology of Oklahoma... While she may be a good doctor, the staff her patients must work with are incredibly incompetent!! They can’t seem to pull things together for much of anything a patient may need...including returning phone calls, setting up labs, or being on a reasonable time frame..... I sat in waiting numerous times for well over an hour past my appointment

I was a patient for 3 years. She was late every time, at minimum 60 minutes. Twice she was close to 2 hours late. She berates you, she is cold hearted, she is conceited and judgemental. I cried a couple times leaving her office. I stayed at first only because she had me believing she is able to put some autoimmune arthritis conditions into remission. She did not. If there were zero stars I would give her that. I wasted 3 yrs of treatment time with her.

Dr. Gladd is outstanding. She is honest, smart, and digs for the truth with your problem. She prescribed diet, prescription Omega 3 fish oil, exercise. She knows what needed done for me to feel better. At the time, I wasn't ready to make the adjustments, sacrifices, but when I did, my world opened up. I feel great.

I have being seeing Dr. Gladd for sometime now. I had one appt when she was a little rude because I had not had time to have my lab work done and she explained that she would have to pay someone overtime to read it. But my last appointment was the last straw. She was over an hour late seeing me. Not only did she not apologize but she told me that I should expect that since my appt was late in the day. On top of this she brought in an intern to poke and prod at me. My time is valuable too.

Only appt I had in this office, the staff were very unprofessional - complaining about uniforms they had to wear, reception staff were barefoot, it took several people and 4 stabs to draw blood from me because they didn't know how. They refused to accept me now as a patient because I missed one appt many years ago - an appointment they rescheduled on me to an inconvenient time right after Christmas, never gave a reminder call of the appointment, and then charged me a $75 missed appointment fee

Broken Arrow, OK – Nov 28, 2016
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Foley?
The doctor was competent and caring but they are consistently running extremely late. My last appointment, I waited a hour and 45 minutes and still hadn't seen doctor. I left and will not be back. This was not a one time incident. The minimum wait has been at least 40 minutes for each appointment over the past year. That's incredibly disrespectful. My time is just as valuable as the doctors.

Disappointed Patient in Bixby, OK – Sep 09, 2016
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Foley?
Dr. Gladd is one of the most thorough doctors I have ever known. Each appointment is at least 45". However that does not take into account the wait time in the waiting room. I am a caregiver for my 86 year old mother so I cannot be away indefinitely. Recently she reduced her hours and with three different phone numbers to reach her (none of which go to her directly), it is impossible to communicate accurately or get prescriptions filled or discuss problems with appointments. I did like her.
