I had extremely high hopes for Dr. Rabner after the positive reviews here. However, I felt dismissed, rushed and she only gave me guidance on 1 of the 7 things I wanted to talk to her about. Office staff, however, was lovely! Sorry I waited 2 months for this appointment.

Dr. Rabner does a very thorough exam and does not do unnecessary procedures; explains everything in detail and answers any questions and does not rush you. She is caring and alleviates one's concerns about their condition. Her current receptionist is on the ball especially when it comes to medical insurance; the office was overpaid between 2 companies (one of which I was paying a lot of money for without realizing I already had coverage and have since terminated thanks to her). Some other providers kept the overpayments but she made the effort to investigate and I got the $ back.

I bet this is a great doctor but her office is rude and rush you off the phone. They seem to have too many patients and have time to work explain anything. They should just say they are no longer taking new patients because it was impossible to get an appointment there in a timely fashion (meaning one must wait 1 to 2 months).

Very sweet, down to earth doctor. I drive 45 mins to see her, she and her medical assistant are wonderful, however, the receptionist is very cold and not so nice, talks down to you.

Dr Rabner is amazing. She really knows her stuff and will explain everything to you in as much ore as little detail as you need. I wouldn't think of going to anyone else.

Dr. Rabner was willing to sit with me and explain everything in full detail which definitely made me more comfortable with the situation. Her office is very organized and very into new technology. She was able to show me pictures on her iPad of others with similar problems which made the appointment very informative and left me at ease. The only down fall is that i had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment.
