Dr. Delois Teague, MD

No one LOVES going to the GYN--me included--Dr Teague makes the patient comfortable physically and mentally knowing that you are getting the best of care.

I was a patient of Dr. Teague's for 18 years. The last 10 years or so have not been good, culminating with her having me wait for over 2 hours for a 1 minute appointment last year that could have been handled over the phone. When I commented on the wait time, she stated "you don't know how dr. offices work". Overall I was really disappointed with her office staff, organization and treatment of long time clients. I switched from Dr. Teague recently and was amazed at what I was missing, additional information on my health, consideration to other preventative tests, and more considerate and friendly office staff. Perhaps it was the affiliation with Mt. Carmel that scared me the most, but overall, I am glad I left when I did.

I had my first daughter Makaia 20 years ago and Doctor Delois Teague delivered her and did an excellent job I love her she's a great doctor very nice lady.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Dr. Teague. She has been my OBGYN for more than 25 years, guiding me through the pregnancies and deliveries of both my children -- now fully grown . She is careful, considerate and deliberate in her queries into my health and answers to my questions. Dr. Teague treats each checkup with calm and measured care. I have tremendous respect for her knowledge and skill and would follow her to any practice.

Dr. Teague is very friendly and personable. I feel like she spends plenty of time answering questions and explaining things. The one big downside is I feel like I am waiting forever every time I visit, and the office staff seems disorganized and is bad at calling back.

I started seeing Dr Teague after my gyno of 30 yrs retired. She is awesome! Very personable and kind. She always gives me a hug, asks about my life and shares things about her own. When I feel comfortable, it makes talking about health issues or concerns easier. Thank you Dr. Teague for being genuine!

She is professional, gentle, kind, and realistic. She will tell you if you're being silly or if there is a real concern. She has a way of keeping you calm and collect at the scariest moments. At the end of my pregnancy, I considered her to be a friend.

I have been with Dr. Teague for over 15 years. She is always professional and friendly. I have referred many people to her because I trust her.

I have been seeing Dr. Teague as my Gyn. for 22 years. She is friendly, concerned about my welfare and thorough.

NEW PATIENT - She was rude and had no bedside manner. She told me nothing of what she was doing during the exam. Instead of speaking with me after exam, she sent a nurse in to give me checkout papers. It wasn't worth my time or copay to see her. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!
