Dr Halleran took care of my son recently after a car accident when he had a ruptured spleen. he was very caring throughout his hospitalization and was in almost constant communion with our family about what was going on with his injury and the tests they were running to determine weather my son needed surgery. we felt very confident trusting our son to his care and to the nurses in the icu while he was in the hospital. he was very funny too and almost made us smile during those very stressful days! thank you all for the amazing and wonderful care u provided at upstate!
