Success.
The procedure was easy and shorter than all of the mtgs and visits preceding it. Was able to see right away in one eye. The 2nd eye took a couple of weeks but continually improved till I was seeing crystal clear.

Cataract Surgery - Excellent results!
Dr. Kersten did cataract surgery using the multi-focal implant lens. I couldn't be happier with the result. Her staff at Harvard Eye and the surgery center were all excellent and very patient focused.

Was not happy with my cataract surgery. Defective lens implanted, did laser to correct but was unsuccessful. Cannot have the lens replaced because of the laser.

I have been a patient of Dr Kersten for over 25 years. I am very pleased with the lasik surgery she did for me. I no longer wear glasses for distance vision. I appreciate her concern for the health of my eyes. She found I had low pressure glaucoma because she spent extra time carefully checking on a slight thickening of the nerves in my eyes. My glaucoma is not worsening because Dr. Kersten has me taking 2 eye drops and I come in every 6 months to check my eyes and have a visual field test. I appreciate her commitment to doing all she can to keep my eyes healthy. MGM
