Seizures after traumatic brain injury
I had a fall in my home which caused a TBI. This caused many issues which included seizures. Dr. Silveira took tests repeated over these past 5 years and I am extremely grateful for her guidance on getting seizures under control and supporting me in returning to driving. I have already recommended other to someone with a seizure issues.

Saw her after an ER visit stood on the stroke unit for two days. Told me i wasn't having seizures and to get off all my meds and seek psychiatric help. I had seizures for a full 2 months even coming off my meds correctly. I have the diagnosis of frontal lobe epilepsy from a specialists. I was on a stroke unit at jfk receiving heparin but did not explain any reason why. She told me shame on me for being on seizure meds if i really didn't have seizures as if i am able to write prescribed medications to myself and diagnosis myself. Terrible doctor!
