"By Referral Only"
Dr. Rickard, along with her supporting nurses, nurse practitioners, and staff are without peers in this "modern" day of medicine. They practice like the good old days, treat us and our neighbors like family, yet are abreast of the miracles of modern internal, pediatric, and specialty medicine. A young family of fellow church-goers referred us to Dr. Rickard and Cool Springs Internal Medicine and Pediatrics (now Summit) the same week we arrived in Franklin, TN. Our first-grader, then, graduates high school this year. Dr. Rickard and Staff have cared for that first grader, six siblings, my spouse, and me through everything, including care of a newly-wed daughter. A particularly amazing specility for this "general practice" is their ability make referrals to specialists and imaging centers / labs that accept our insurance and who can see us in a timely way. We could not be happier and could not recommend Dr. Rickard and the new "Summit" practice more happily.

Dr. Thorley has been my PCP for 8 years. She has recently helped me through the diagnosis of a sudden onset illness. She is professional, affable, and will shoot straight with you. Dr. Thorley has gone above and beyond to educate, assist, and help me know how to make the choices for my best health. The highest honor I can give her - I trust her with my life.
