THE BEST EVER!!!

Cares for the patient. Knowledgeable about current practice. No nonsense and does not believe in over testing. Great to work with on medical problems.

Dr Krohn is very polite and professional. I feel very comfortable and happy with his care

I called today to make an appointment and was asked if I could provide them my information all over again because they were transitioning to a new system. I told the receptionist that I didn't have time to spend alot of time on the phone because I was at work. I told her that all of my information was the same and that was not good enough for her. She went on about how it was necessary to get the information updated. I told her again that there are no changes and that I cannot spend 20 minutes on the call. She then proceeded to tell me rudely that I can donot now or do it during my appointment and she hung up on me.

I have been a patient for about 10 years now. My family had recommended Dr.Krohn. My experience has been nothing but excellent with him as well as the staff. The medical team has been very empathetic to my needs, never had any issues.

Don't like Dr. Krohn at all. He seems to "write off" patients older than 80 years old. No bedside manner, and doesn't seem to really care how the patient is doing. Sent my mom out for extensive blood work and then never called her with the results. When she called the office to inquire about the results, she was told to make another appointment to discuss the results with Krohn. Sure, another office visit, more $$ for him. What a disgrace.

The staff was rude and not very helpful. Needed a prior authorization for a medication to be sent back to pharmacy or Health care provider and they had zero interest in assisting. Apparently going the extra yard for a client is nonexistent at this practice.
