Dr Olsen is the best doctor I have ever been treated by. He is caring , knowledgeable, and thorough. He is hard working , but takes the time to be friendly to me. I feel fortunate to have him as my GP.

Been a patient of Dr. Olsen's for 15+ years. I've seen first hand how his practice is failing his patients. He's nurse Kim and Receptionist are the worst. Trying giving his office a call for an appointment good luck in having someone actually answer the phone or return your messages. Funny thing leave a message for a cosmetic procedures ... WOW! they'll call you back. Doctor Olsen has lost all my respect, he forgot why he went into medicine. TO HELP SICK PATIENTS!!!

I have gone to Dr. Olsen-Okahara’s office for about 16 years while Dr. Okahara was still practicing. My experience with these doctors has been very pleasant and both have a very kind and caring personality. Dr. Olsen gives you time in his office to sit down and discuss the problem. Then of course there is his very knowledgeable Medical Asst. Kim who is a great asset to Dr. Olsen’s office in my opinion.

On 15 May I had my first appointment with Dr. Olsen and we discussed the need for a colonoscopy; he said he would give me a referral. Hearing nothing I waited until 05 June 2017 and spoke with the receptionist and ostensibly she went to get the status of my referral from Dr. Olsen. She informed me "it was on his desk". Heard nothing again; called on 15 June 2017 and the receptionist said she would check on it. I received it 16 June, more than a month later. Limited by 500 characters; there is m

Dr. Olsen and his staff are the friendliest medical staff/office I have ever been to! Dr.'s bedside manner is very caring. He always greets you with a handshake and never makes you feel rushed. I have some serious health issues and he has had challenges with me, trying to figure out what is going on. He takes the time and researches and together we discuss options. I like that he will listen to my ideas and give me his professional view. I am very grateful to have found Dr. Olsen!

Over the past 15 years Dr. Olsen has become lackadaisical and content to let his strangely rude and unqualified staff run the show. I recently discovered their main nurse is a medical assistant, not even a qualified nurse. This same person has been giving my family medical advice, medication recommendations(!), and spending more time on our medical care than Dr. Olsen himself. All the beauty ads speak volumes about the doctors' priorities. We no longer feel safe nor welcome here.
