What a caring man. Dr. Frank answered my questions about some minor hearing loss clearly. Then, when another doctor's CT scan showed I had a large mucus retention cyst that was potentially causing headaches, he removed it. I had accepted charity from Ohio Health at the time as I took care full time of elderly parents with dementia for a number of years. He didn't blink, just in his quiet way did the operation. I also had a friend who had troubling memory loss who went to see him for another matter. Even after visiting with her for a short time, he caught the memory issue and suggested that she go to a program that would check her ability to continue driving. While she wasn't pleased, the event precipitated her family paying more attention to her. She's now living with relatives who are providing the type of daily oversight she needed. Thank you for your reflective attention.

He has very little rapport with me and seemed rushed. His abrupt and impersonal demeanor is a major negative. Oddly, for an ear specialist, I didn't feel like he was listening to me or cared that I was experiencing problems.
