Doctor scheduled and changed husbands surgery appointment 3 times. My husband stopped and had to restart his medication for each of these appointments. The final appointment For surgery we arrived on time. Waited for doctor for 4 hours. My active, fit, prior Navy Seal husband passed away 4 days later. Coincidence? Choose wisely, trust your gut instinct and go with someone that truly cares about the health of their patient.

Excellent Practice, Excellent Doctor, Excellent Nurse Leslie; Dr Flotte operated on my C3-C 4 and I felt almost no post surgery discomfort, my neck is healing well, there are still occasional pains but I was advised of these by Dr. Flotte and his nurse so after 1 month I feel much better than prior to surgery. I cannot understand how are people complaining about this doctor, possibly did not follow his instructions. I totally recommend Dr. Flotte and this practice.

I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone that requires surgery because for the past 4 months, they've done absolutely nothing but give me the run around, about my neck surgery. It was supposed to be an absolute necessity that I have this surgery but then they had me waste 4 months getting clearance letters from doctors I had never seen before then the hospital I was supposed to have the surgery at didn't have the equipment and they moved the surgery and then moved it again and never bothered to call me until the day of the surgery. I didn't have any transportation and th er y knew this so I had to schedule it in advance and they didn't give me enough time to do that. Incompetent people.

My Husband Stephen Fritz came in with severe back pain, saw Dr Flotte for office visit, scheduled surgery. In much pain Dr office/ Nurse rescheduled surgery weeks earlier. She was very sweet and kind, always called him back with answers to our questions. Dr Flotte is an amazing surgeon and I would most definitely recommend him to ANYONE. Feeling alot better after surgery. Many thanks CNI.

Terrible doctor, had a 3 level cervical fusion and he said it would relieve my pain. Over four months post surgery and my pain is worse than it was before the surgery. Also, he told me to be at the hospital the day of surgery at 7am and my surgery didn't happen until 6 1/2 hours later. He couldn't care less about his patients.

His skill is superb, however do not expect Dr. Personality. His nurse covers what he lacks with interpersonal skills!

If you would like a doctor who takes as little time possible with you or has no compassion, this is your guy. He does not care what his patients concerns are and he acts uninterested in your health and dismisses you within the one minute he MAY spend with you. PLEASE THINK TWICE before seeing him. Your health issues deserve better.

I would never recommend Dr. Flotte. He performed a low back laminectomy on me and removed too much bone , destabiling my spine. I was then forced to have another back surgery a short time later and had a spinal fusion.

Well were to start. Surgery itself. 2 level ACDF took 1 hour 15 min typically this is a 2 1/2 hour procedure. 1 year later preparing for a 2nd surgery same area. Bone spurs left behind, and plenty of other conditions left. Although, the post-operative report was fantastic work for lying. VA is thrilled with the outcome. Follow-up visits averaged 2 minutes per visit. Finally follow-up visit was 1 min 28 seconds avoidance is the best feature I saw throughout the process. I'm far from done.
