I know dr Eleanor Lavretsky for years even decades. She was and still is our family psychiatrist for longest time. She takes good care for my dad, my mom, me, and even my daughter. We all have anxiety as well as other mental issues. She always chooses right approach and offers an effective therapy which been mental life saver for my family and me. She always return calls promptly and spend her time with each of us as we need. None of us never had any negative experience. She and her staff are aways there to help and truly cares. At first, I really liked her. She was always 30 minutes behind in her appointments, but seems very certain in her observations. The problem is that I don't believe I agree with her assessment. She is hard to get a hold of. After leaving a message I had to continually call before getting someone to call me back. She refused to give me an email to send documents, and insisted I fax them. When my program called and told her I needed to take an anxiety test she told me I had to find the test.
