Seems Nice, But Not Trustworthy
Dr. Renza-Stingone seems nice, but she's not trustworthy. She tells you one thing when you're in front of her, and then tells you something conflicting at a later date. This is not the type of doctor you want to put your life in the hands of. Her scheduler doesn't bother to return any voice messages or messages left with coworkers. This practice could care less about your health.

I had the best experience with Dr. Renza and her resident. If I ever need gen surgery again I will be coming right back. I love Dr. Renz's sense of humor and bedside manner. Whenever I had concerns they were immediately addressed. I really appreciate that Dr. Renza had a planb to fix me, since my surgery was not a guarentee fix. I really feel like she cares.

Poor Service
It is a shame you have a doctor like Dr. Renza (surgeon) and her whole office in Jeanes Hospital. I had a surgery and she made incisions by mistake in other spots and did not stitch them or anything. I have sent her pictures after the surgery and what it looked like after 6 weeks and months later. This doctor does not take responsibility for her actions. I asked for creams or something she could do because it was dripping on my sheets and clothes and she saw pictures and she did not even prescribe a cream and of course did not treat it. Even though that it has been many years, my skin below the wrong incision is irritated and I have emailed them about this concern. Instead of fixing her mistakes, she called me on the phone and sent me a bill for this call. I did not schedule an appointment with her and she did not see me, not in person and nor on video. Now this office does not even explain to me why they billed me. This office does not respond to you and I am not sure who they

Considered a lightweight for bariatric surgery with a BMI of 37, Dr. Renza nonetheless was respectful of my desire for surgery. She was great before hand, performed an excellent surgery and continues to support me afterwards. I recommend the whole Drexel surgical weight-loss program. I truly felt educated, prepared, highly motivated by the team.
