Dr Saari really listens to her patients and takes time to answer questions thoroughly. I have never felt rushed at my appointments. I was pretty lax with my healthcare before I started seeing her. She didn’t lecture me about what I should have been doing but instead, in a very positive way she prescribed some minimal medications that have really made a difference in both my physical and mental health. She also has a great sense of humor- very quick witted. I actually look forward to my visits with her.

Dr Saarie is a great dr she listens and doesn't rush you. She is easy to tell your worries and feelings to. I have been with her about 10 years now and will stay with her for many more!

Firstly, I love CNY Family Care as a whole. My primary care with them is Dr. Saarie, but everyone is fantastic. I have a fair amount of medical anxiety and Dr. Saarie and her team of nurses are all fantastic in explaining things to me, listening, and calming my fears. The ease of getting into the office with their evening and weekend hours keeps me from needing to use urgent care and gets me in to a facility I'm comfortable with. They also have imaging and labs attached with to them if needed! Dr. Saarie herself is a bubbly woman with a great bedside manner! All doctor's office's get behind sometimes, and even when this happens she never rushes you when it's your time. I've never felt like she was running to get out of the room to the next person. She also cares about what is going on in your life outside of medical health, which is so important when dealign with mental health concerns. I can't say enough about her and the team at CNY!

Dr Saarie unceremoniously decided to drop my mother from their practice without any warning, even though she was not my mothers doctor. This left my mother without critical medication for approximately 1 month which is dangerous and criminal in my opinion.

Dr. Saarie always does an amazing job! She makes you feel welcome each and every time and really takes her time with patients to make them feel heard and comfortable while doing a throughough job. I would definitely recommend Dr. Saarie to anyone!

Dr. Saarie is very compassionate and thorough. She treats you with respect and helps you in anyway she can. My previous Doctor refused to fill out paperwork for me that I needed and I was shifting back in force with coverage due to an illness that took me out of work. Within 2 days of switching to Dr. Saarie and being checked out by her she had filled out all the paperwork that just sat in my file for 4 months. I don't have the best of insurance, but she works with me.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Saarie. She has been my primary physician since she opened a small practice in Baldwinsville (~25 yrs ago). When she moved to her current location, I followed her. She has provided my well + sick care, including yearly gynecological exams. Dr. Saarie has always listened carefully to me, and treated me with respect + concern. I trust her 100%. I never had excessive wait times. I recently moved to Philadelphia + it was hard saying "goodbye" to Dr. Saarie.
