Regrettably, my experience with Dr. Ellen M. Ray was far from satisfying. I turned to her services with the expectation of professionalism and competency, only to be met with discourtesy and negligence.Dr. Ray displayed an alarming level of unprofessionalism throughout my interactions with her. From the outset, her demeanor was rather abrupt and dismissive, devoid of the empathy or respect one expects in a healthcare setting. Medical practitioners are supposed to prioritize the comfort and care of their patients, but unfortunately, it seemed as though Dr. Ray was lacking in this aspect.Furthermore, the paperwork associated with my case was haphazardly managed. Critical information was inaccurately documented or omitted, leading to severe administrative inconveniences. The ripple effect of this incompetence is still being felt as I am forced to navigate through this administrative maze to rectify the errors.
