Staff is Incompentant
Dr Williams is a caring, concerned physician. However, I cannot say the same thing about his staff. I had a sleep study scheduled. No one showed up for my study! I was finally able to contact the staff member who was supposed to be there, she was sick! Never bothered to call me and cancel! I drove 30 minutes for this appointment and waited for 30 minutes for them to unlock the door, which never happened! I was appalled! How can you call yourself a professional then treat patients this way? Then, the next day they called and wanted to reschedule my appointment! Are you kidding? Shame on these staff members for being so uncaring, unprofessional and incompentant! Dr Willaims needs to deal with his staff.

Dr Elwood Williams is the BEST of the BEST! He is most compassionate and caring dr ever! I highly recommend him.
