Dr. Eric Francke, MD

Went in unable to walk or sleep due to herniated disc. I was worked into a very busy schedule by a caring staff. Diagnosis and Surgery happened almost within a week. Alyssa worked directly with insurance and facility scheduler to make it happen. Dr Francke was caring and thorough in diagnosis. Surgery day was efficient and almost pleasant due to the staff. Post op relief was immediate. Post op meeting with Dr Francke was informative and reassuring. He took a whole lot of time to answer a million questions and was empathetic during the entire process. Thanks, Doc.

Visited Ortho Atlanta for a condition needing immediate attention. Dr. Francke was quick to assess my injury, explain the prognosis without treatment and a variety of options to treat the condition. His explanations gave me the knowledge to make a decision on how to move forward. I elected for immediate repair. Dr. Francke then pushed me through the Ortho schedule to make it happen. Follow up appointments continued with excellent care. The PT with Ryan at The Battery continued to demonstrate the excellent services from OrthoAtlanta. LaTore, the PT admin at The Battery, was very helpful in making things work for my schedule. You could feel her inner joy/spirit/kindness when meeting her in person at the office. I would never hesitate to use Dr. Francke and the OrthoAtlanta medical group.

Dr.Francke it was worth the 4 hours surgery. I am almost pain free. I spent 2 days on the walker & have been feeling great. I have to thank you and your team for a great job 1/15/24.

Great Doctor. I had seen another spine specialist and he wasn't really that helpful. Dr. Francke listened to my issue's and reviewed all my medical record's and came up with his own diagnosis. It was really helpful. While I still have issue's and probably will eventually have to have surgery , He has done everything possible to avoid surgery and relieve my pain as much as possible.

Every question was answered and I had many. The PA Alex is outstanding. She is very warm and caring and knew all the answers to my questions. My recovery was as I had expected and I was completely off narcotic pain meds before three weeks. This whole procedure left me with a big smile. All the pre op pain was gone when I woke up from anesthesia. No infection or complications

I absolutely love Dr Francke. He did both of my neck surgeries and I could not ask for a better doctor. He is very understanding and took his time explaining everything from my MRI to surgery info, to make sure I understood 100% of what to expect. My assistant Alex is wonderful as well. I have recommended him to friends and well as family members. My sister is currently under his care as well. A ++++++++ in my book!

Awesome physician...had Lower Lumbar Fusion, 9 years ago and still doing great!!

Dr. Francke is a great surgeon. He is always courteous and makes sure I understand what is going on and needs to be done.

I went in to see Dr. Francke with my elderly mother who has been experiencing awful pain in her leg due to peripheral neuropathy. I completed the paperwork and noted all of the pain and symptoms she has been experiencing. It was clear to me based on his questions that he had not reviewed her paperwork. He simply saw the CT can that was forwarded from the hospital and concluded that her situation was mild. He did not take her pain and explanations of her pain into consideration.

Dr. Fancke, was personable and easy to understand. Wanted to make sure I understood what was going on and my options.

Top notch. Has relieved my pain almost 100%. Recommend highly!

Very poor scheduling. Very poor communication from staff. I had one visit and not going back.

Awful Doctor. Truly, patient well being is not his priority. Regardless, of what anyone says he is a terrible doctor. Not even willing to come see the patient. He is most definitely a "Cut and done type of surgeon." I would definitely see another doctor before having Dr. Francke operate on you or a loved one. He deserves negative stars, but unfortunately that is not an option.

Doesn't listen to patient and not very good communication skills. Not sympathetic to my condition and pain I was in. Had to wait over an hour multiple times. Would not recommend.

Definitely one of those doctors who want nothing to do with helping you if you aren't to the point of needing surgery. I went to him for a pinched nerve in my upper back. He did to me what he does to all his patients. Sent me over to his pt department. Said after 6 weeks, or 18 pt treatments and nearly a grand of out of pocket costs, if still in pain he will look to see where and what the problem is.

We have been extremely pleased with Dr. Eric Francke and staff. I bragged so much at Gold's gym and Chamber of Commerce that I came back by and got Dr. Francke's picture bio and took it to Chamber and Gold's for our friends! They valued my recommendation.
