I appreciate the level of care that I got from him. I have been lost since he left Fort Wayne.

Liked him until I needed an LTD report then for him to help my attorney in my LTD appeal and apparently he doesn’t do those even after 3yrs seeing him. If you need these type of reports I’d go elsewhere. He totally screwed me!
