My whole family has been going to Dr Shoenfeld for 30 years. Now that I have been experiencing more issues, I find it very comforting to see him and have him explain things to me.

I would honestly give him 0 stars if i could. I haven't had insurance for two years, so now that i was finally able to get insurance I was happy to go for my physical and discuss many health issue's I've been dealing with. I waited an hour in my gown waiting for him to come in and see me, once he finally came he tried to rush in and out not asking me if i has any concern or anything I wanted to discuss. He was very dismissive and just worried about getting me out of there. I have been dealing with a year of face pain and migraines and the hospital told me to go to my PCP and that he should refer me to a neurologist.... my PCP told me to go get acupuncture... ACUPUNCTURE. I have been battling anxiety, asked him to refer me to someone that can help me with it, he told me "go across the street and see if they can find someone for you, there isn't anything I can do." In just the one visit he asked me my age 3 times, he was just not paying attention to me at all. It was very

Dr. Shoenfeld has been my family's doctor for over 30 years and he's always given us the time and care that we've needed. Since switching to his new office, we've had an easier time getting appointments and he's still able to give us all of the time that we've always gotten.

I’ve been using Dr. Shoenfeld for a few years as our family doctor. He’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. His office is usually very busy. But honestly my opinion is that if you have to wait the doctor must be doing something right. I always get nervous if I walk into an office and its empty on Monday morning. A busy doctor is in high demand. He also has a great staff as well all the medical assistance and front office girls are always happy and as helpful as they can be.

How do you turn away a 79 year old woman who clearly needed medical attention and was not, as he assumed, a whiny, attention-seeking patient? He refused to see her, wouldn't even take her blood pressure, told me don't even bother taking her to the ER for not having an appetite and being weak. We didn't listen took her to the ER anyway and found out she was in RESPIRATORY FAILURE. He has poor bedside manners, is arrogant and condescending and doesn't like too many questions. Stay away from him!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR. I was in his office about 2 weeks ago for a physical and asking for a referral to a podiatrist and dermatologist. First of all he told me I didn't need to see a Podiatrist but just the Dermatologist. All said and done - I walked out of there bleeding from my eyelids (he helped me out with a skin issue) and was bruised for days. I called on Monday for the test results and it's Friday - no call back. Te receptionist this morning was extremely rude - NEVER AG
