Front Office
Long time patient of Dr. Weisberg and the P.A. Tony, so disappointed to now be seeking a new dermatologist; leaving due to the rude treatment by a senior front desk attendant. Brief issue description: appointment at 1:05, I arrived at 12:55, but no one at front desk - there were patients in the waiting area. I waited at front desk to check in until ~1:08 when a single staff member opened the window, apologized for the delay and asked me to take a seat and she would call me up. After 10 minutes and now 3 office staff at the front desk, I approached and asked to reschedule my appointment. I was informed by the senior staff member that I would be charged $50 to reschedule since I was late to check in to my appointment. She then proceeded to argue with me regarding my claim that I was there before my appointment and had followed the direction of the other staff member (who just sat there looking nervous - perhaps she was new); continuing to insist I would owe $50 per 'office policy'.

Waited 11/2hour for my appointment. Nurse side did not introduce herself until I asked who she was, then acted surprised that I had asked. Dr. Weisberg was rude and arroganr, would not listen to me, rushed me out of office. Monday I received my first statement from the office. Tuesday they were texting for payment. Worse doctor and office I have ever been too, and I am a retired surgical nurse. Will pay this bill but really slow. And now I have been trying to send this and of course being a bad reference it will not go thru.

Dr. Weisburg treated my elderly mother rudely and abrasively. She was very upset after her appointment. He did not seem concerned with treating her or her well being, but treated her as an annoyance. The office also didn't call in her prescriptions correctly. Creating more issues for my mother. She will not be returning. A little kindness goes a long way. Treating someone with respect is part of being a healer. Unfortunately, Mr. Weisburg must have missed that class in medical school.

If you like to speak with a person when you call for an appointment, sign forms on paper, receive timely feedback on billing, then this is not the place for you. The office staff is incompetent in every way. They fail to send out bills and expect you to pay before a visit after telling you about a balance from years ago. The doctors are in an out of the practice so often that you can't develop a pattern of seeing the same person and they don't spend enough time to get job done.

due to dr Weisberg's inefficiency and misdiagnosis of basal cell cancer i had to endure a mohs surgery that involved 65+ stitches on the same site of the original biopsy he performed. the mohs surgeon stated this condition should have been addressed years before and then it wouldn't have been so large. i now have to have reconstructive plastic surgery to correct the scar on my temple cheek and jaw. be aware and avoid this doctor at all costs...

I have a very rare skin condition that 3 other dermatologist misdiagnosed. Dr. Weisberg was the only one who got it right and has treated my condition before in other patients. He is incredibly smart and very good at answering my questions when I have them from time to time. I can't go anywhere else for my skincare because nobody is as good as Dr. Weisberg!

I have been seeing Dr. Weisberg for almost a decade with my latest visit being last week. I have seen him in all three of his locations. He and his staff are excellent. Even though I only see him for my acne and my skin checks, I have close personal friends whose lives have been saved by Dr. Weisberg when he identified early skin cancers before they became dangerous. He is the best!

I'm new to the area last summer and needed a dermatologist. Both my primary and my OB recommended Dr. Weisberg so I went to see him. The office is easy to get to. The staff was very competent. Dr. Weisberg is excellent. Very happy with my care there.

So knowledgeable and concise. He is my best doctor. Of course, that would be obvious if you knew why. Well, he caught a melanoma (skin cancer) on my back that I didn't know was there. If he didn't, I could be dead by now. I'm so grateful to him and his staff.

I had a "new patient" "full body" exam with nose biopsy that consisted of 1 minute or less of his time in the room for that entire payment claim. Needless to say, I left feeling like I needed to have another full body exam somewhere else. After 4 months the area he took a slice of skin from for biopsy is needing to have a plastic surgeon repair. I'm an RN with knowledge of what the payment looks like for those codes and I am horrified for his work and lack of bedside manner. Less than 1 star.
