I called Rheumatology associates after hours. I had to call 2x to get a response. I was having severe pain in hip and was unable to put any weight on my leg. I never spoke with this doctor in person. Dr. Anderson left me a voice message that said: 1. I don’t know you. 2. I’m not familiar with your case. 3. I don’t have my screen pulled up. 4. I can’t call in any pain meds for you. I have never called this practice after hours before ,and I expected More than this. Thankfully I go to Dr. Roane in this practice. She is awesome! I have gone to this practice 20 years also . Very disappointed in Dr. Anderson handling of my health care. Doris Jenkins

Would give zero stars if I could. I walked in with an existing diagnosis and treatment plan after moving here from NY. I was flat i g at the time. After three months of seeing her she did not do one single medical intervention while my flare got worse and worse and my doctors all started questioning why it was that I was getting sicker and she was doing nothing. I lost 20 lbs in two months, my hair was falling out, and I could hardly get out of bed. At the third and final appointment she tried to undiagnose me with lupus and tell me I needed to see another doctor because she couldn’t work with a patient who was “demanding” treatment. Last time I checked her ONLY job is treatment. She was arrogant and prideful and lazy, and if you need a rheumatologist please go anywhere but here. After 15 years of successful treatment in NY this woman decided she knew better. Horrible bedside manner and not very knowledgeable at all when it came to autoimmune.
