Dr. Ernesto Alonso, MD

Dr Alonso listens to patients, then discusses options for treatment. It is refreshing to know he listens to what you have to say. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, always greeting me with a smile. The nursing staff is friendly and asks the appropriate questions.

Best experience of my life with medical care! Not only exceptionally knowledgeable in the matter I was referred for, he noticed my tremors which I had all but forgotten about, or so used to I ignored it. He wasn’t satisfied with just fixing the primary concern, but went on to conduct tests to ascertain my overall neurological health. From sign in to check out, they absolutely CARE!

The office staff was efficient and friendly. Scheduling was easy. Dr. Alanso listened carefully to all my concerns without making me feel rushed. He asked thoughtful questions to understand things I was trying to explain to him and also answered my own questions. I feel like I am in good hands.

Dr. Alonso is a great caring doctor. He goes above and beyond to help his patients. I am truly grateful and blessed to have him as my doctor. Thank you for my heart for taking such good care of me.

It is impossible to talk to the office. I called Friday and got a remote worker who said the office would call me on Monday. No one called on Monday, so I called on Monday. and a remote worker told me that they would call on Tuesday. It is 4:45 PM on Tuesday and no one has called. I am now on hold while the remote worker tries to call the office. There is no way to actually talk to the office. The only phone number that is shown always goes to a remote worker. The remote worker has no information. I also sent an email on Friday that has never been answered and today is Tuesday. How many days will this go on? Are we supposed to drive to the office in person to get someone to talk to us?

He was personable an caring. Takes the time to listen to you an what's going on.. doesn't rush in an out . As a patient I didn't feel like just a number .

doctor doesn't get back to you for anything. its been two weeks no call back. dont go there!! it has to do with a possible deadly reaction to a medicine, no response from them.

DR Alonso has given me my life back He is the best doctor I have ever been to ! He cares about his patients his staff is very helpful and pollite.If anyone has neurological problems ?go to his practice he is best .I have them to thank for giving me my mobility back!

We are real happy for the attention the Dr and all staff give us. He real care about my issues and he do everything for help me. Real professional.

Dr Alonso's office staff failed my family member. They never got her the MRI that was ordered nor have they returned any calls. They are incompetent. Had appt to see the doctor and ended up seeing ARNP. She was nice, but didn't follow through. My family member continues to deteriorate daily and this doctor has not done anything to help.

In my opinion,Dr. Alonso is a fantastic physcian ,and the medical staff are efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this physician and staff to my family and friends!

This doctor is amazing. His only goal is to truly help you feel better. I wish my primary care doctor was as enthusiastic about patient care. His staff is equally passionate the patients. I rarely write reviews for anything, but Dr. Alonso is the only doctor who was truly concerned about my well being and then proceeded to help me when no one else could after many years of trying. Thanks Doc!
