His assistant was very friendly and I felt at ease. Dr Ortiz was pleasant but had observers with him, so it took the one on one away from me. However I will recommend going to him.

Physician did not perform history or physical examination. Physician administered an IV medication that interacts with medication the patient takes and can cause serious bleeding; she did this prior to knowing or asking for a current med list. Physician had a condescending demeanor.

Dr Alonso listens to patients, then discusses options for treatment. It is refreshing to know he listens to what you have to say. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, always greeting me with a smile. The nursing staff is friendly and asks the appropriate questions.
