No follow through/no communication
Dr Al-Jahgbeer is knowledgeable and professional. She asked the right questions. I did the bloodwork, and when I didn’t hear anything regarding the results I messaged her 3 times. It took 3 days for the first response from Nura, her RN, then nothing. Since I’m not qualified to read the results, I deserved to hear from them. I sent a 3rd message which Nura responded to after 3 days. She told me to go back to my primary doctor because there was nothing they could do for me. In all it took 2 weeks to hear from them about my test results. I was worried. I waited nearly 6 months to see her. What a waste of my time. She had me so worried at my appointment for no reason. The lack of warmth and caring of Nura was shameful.

Professional, caring and open to exploring cases on an individual basis. (Not all thyroids behave the same). Only downside - Dr. Al-jabber is so busy that it’s likely you’ll wait 8-12 months to get an appointment, even if you’re an established patient.

Dr. Al-Jaghbeer was very professional and knowledgeable! Took a through history and took time to listen to my issues/concern and communicated her findings well. I liked that she emphasized importance of good nutrition and exercise. I will continue to see her as appropriate.

She dismissed my concerns despite lab concurrence with my symptoms. Referred me back to my primary MD, who had referred me to her. I waited 3 months to see her and she rushed through my appointment and decided my condition could be treated by my primary.

I just recommended her to a friend of mine. This is my 3rd year going to see her for hypothyroidism. She's professional, but very warm and caring. She takes the time to talk with you, and really listens to what you're saying. Highly recommend her. However, she is heavily booked, so it may take awhile to get in to see her for a non-urgent appointment
