Dr. Ethan Dubin, MD

I initially saw Dr. Dubin in December 2021 for a routine colonoscopy. He performed no examination or evaluation as a new patient. He merely discussed my medical history and explained the procedure. His office staff demonstrated total incompetence with scheduling my colonoscopy. They had me call my insurance to see if a preventative colonoscopy was fully covered or not, instead of checking themselves like every other doctor’s office I’ve ever been too. It took them over six months to schedule the procedure due to allegedly the lack of OR appointments at the hospital. I have to wonder of it was truly difficulties with the hospital or simply them forgetting about me despite several conversations in the intervening months. When they finally scheduled my procedure, they gave me less than a week to arrange pre-operative tearing with my primary care physician. Overall, the staff lacks professionalism and basic competence in a medical setting.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. I have never had to deal with such incompetence from a doctors office. Dubins secretary never put in a form for my husbands medication for insurance purposes. She refused to have Dubin call us back claiming she would handle it. I have called this doctors office every other day trying to get her to put in this form and she keeps making up excuses. If you have stomach issues DONT go here it’ll just give you an ulcer dealing with the staff.
