Dr. Chio listened to my problem with my sinuses and was very through with my visit. I will be following up with him later this month. I would recommend him as a Dr., he is very nice.

Dr. Chios performed my partial thyroidectomy and sistrunk surgeries. When I was first referred to him from my endocrinologist we discussed my options. He left the decision up to me. A year later I returned and decided to go through with the surgery. He was very thorough with his explanation of the surgery and recovery. I love that he is direct and answers questions without the 'fluff'.

The doctor was punctual and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his exam and questions. He also listened and asked if I had any questions about what we discussed. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Chio is a good doctor. He is professional and has good communication. He is patient and answers all questions. I would recommend him. His office assistant Corinne is Excellent at customer service.

I saw him twice for the same symptoms/condition. He acted interested/concerned on my first visit. He told me they would come up with a plan to determine my problem and treat me. But, he couldn't tell me what the problem was. Prescribed me omeprazole, even though I said I had previously been prescribed that medicine and it had no effect. The second time he wanted me to see a neurologist and prescribed migraine meds and told me to let him know how it worked because he was out of ideas. Needless to say, the migraine meds did nothing either. He didn't perform any blood work or tests or anything. I went to another doctor. He found thrush down in my throat. All it took was a little effort on the doctor's part to run some tests and do some actual investigative work. Choi lacks the ability to solve problems if they are not typical text book symptoms/problems.

I went to see Dr Chio for left side neck swollen. The waiting time is reasonable. He is very knowlegible and explained the CT scan result very clearly. He performed two procedures during my visit. He also answered my other questions and concerns to my satisfactory. He is excellent.

Honestly, I was at my absolute wit's end before seeing Dr. Chio. I've had chronic ear pain/pressure for almost 10 years and after being put through so much by another local ENT (tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, massive amounts of antibiotics, an upper endoscopy, and more) I finally was referred to Dr. Chio, who almost immediately recognized my Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. After going through all of that, all I needed was a Dr. who listened and set of tubes and I've been pain free for 3 years.

I have seen him twice for two different conditions and he attempted to help with the first one, but no progress was made. The second condition he looked over, but dismissed as allergies and gave very generic "wash your hands" advice.

I saw Dr. Eugene Chio on 3 separate appointments and my condition did not improve. He indicated I have a viral infection in right ear and low frequency hearing loss and prescribed steroids. After 2 weeks no improvement so he injected a steroid cream in middle ear. After 2 weeks no improvement and said nothing else could be done except hearing aids. I saw a second doctor at different facility and he diagnosed coclear hydrops, prescribed a water pill and condition improved so I notice no symptoms.
