Kind and Caring
Dr. Lafranchise saw me (in the stroke clinic) after I experienced a stroke in my eye. He was so kind & caring and was very personable. He provided my wife and I good information and was very straightforward (in a good way). He was very comforting and encouraging. I highly recommend!

Very informative and personable. Staff is great.
We got in to see the Doctor quickly. Dr LaFranchise was awesome. He explained my husbands stroke to us and has helped us get into our Neuro PT therapy. Five stars on our post-stroke care.

Can’t get an appointment
I have already left a review but don’t see it here. Saw him in the hospital but can’t get an appointment at the clinic. The system they use is a joke!!

“Does Not See Patients”
According to his office staff, Dr LaFranchise “does not see stroke patients” at the “Stroke Clinic.” Failed to refer a 36 y/o family member for continued neurological care following her stroke.

On Saturday, April 16th, my wife experienced numbness in her left hand, arm, neck and face. With her history of heart disease and her family history of stroke, we felt we needed to get immediate medical attention. We were admitted to St. Thomas emergency about 3:45pm. On Sunday the following day at 10am Dr. Lafranchise still had not seen her. Need I say more.
