Dr. Eugene Libby, DO

Very respectable kind understanding physician

Dr. Libby has treated my wrist and shoulder, without surgery. He's scheduled therapy for my wrist and shoulder. He is compassionate and listens, then explains in detail about possible outcomes. I am grateful for Dr, Libby with all of his years of practice, I'm sure he's seen it all.

Avoided answering my questions and told me not to use the walker and I could walk on it on my first visit. Didn’t show me my X-rays and explain anything about what to expect moving forward. My knee is fractured and I’m 80 and now it continually is getting worse with extreme pain and told me I had to wait till Monday to check with him. Had to call twice and they denied having gotten my previous message . Certainly needs some schooling in caring and people skills.

Terrible office staff. Lisa a supervisor at the facility admitted that they double and triple book! Then she started to argue with me and blame my daughter for there scheduling problems. How pathetic...

I have had nothing but great visits with Dr. Libby. He has always been very informative and honest. He is sympathic to your needs. I think some people do not like him because he is very up front and honest. He understands what you are dealing with but he doesn't "baby" you like most people expect from a Dr. He actually was a little amazed when I didn't cry when he gave me a cortisone shot. I really like a no nonsense Dr. He doesn't keep asking you to come back over and over. He wants to help you so you DON'T have to keep coming back.

Dr Libbey was fine and on time

If you can avoid this Dr. please do. He is very rude! You will ask questions and he will not provide you with answers other than he pretty much said so. He will give you a diagnosis without even putting a hand on you. He will never give you instructions as to what type of therapy you can do at home on your own to help yourself.

sorry but I highly recommend that everybody stays away I'm in for back surgery my first time I was a little scared of it and all he did was walk in the door treat me like I was a stuffed rag doll yelled at me. I tried given information fom previous doctors that he won't even look at and then he runs out the door and talk to his nurse outside of the door and just scheduled me for surgery without seeing an MRI tell me he needs back surgery. Don't use him

Arrived at 9:55am for a 10:15 appt. had all paper filled out prior to arrival. Got called into exam room at 11:35 FINALLY saw Dr Libby at 12:05, was given a shot which took until 12:20 to walk out. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PRACTICE. There were people standing in waiting room at one time & I counted 40 chairs. Overbook & money hungary.
