Dr. Francis Moll, MD

Waited 90 minutes for a scheduled appointment with Dr Moll. Left without seeing him. Seems to be an assembly line where an individual is lost in the system.

I would need a full page! A total NIGHTMARE! I am a Nurse, had an appointment to see Francis Moll, and I do not use Dr. because he does NOT deserve to be addressed as a Doctor. I have never in my life, met such an arrogant, rude, cocky, bully, disrespectful to others, absolutely NO bedside manners, condescending + more so-called Ortho doctor!!! I Scheduled an appointment after I had a fall and fractured my ankle. Insurance information was provided to the girl who scheduled me and btw it was her mistake!! Upon arrival for an appointment, I was told they did not accept my insurance. I paid out of pocket for the visit which included Xrays. After waiting and waiting to see him, he finally walks in all full of himself. Nightmare continued. They all have the same bad attitude as Moll! He, (Moll) told me I have "crappy insurance", not his problem, then told me to "go back where I came from" and finally threw us out of his office! Reporting to the Medical Board, Ortho Board, ALL Boards!!

He excellent caring doctors as long I have being knowing him for at least 16 years.

I never even got in to see the dr! I made an appt. on Monday. I called on Friday to confirm the address and was told, "Oh, your appointment has been cancelled. Didn't anybody tell you?" I said that I had not received a call to cancel. She responded that the dr had left about noon and wouldn't be back. Then actually thought I would want to to reschedule! I said , "No thank you! There are plenty of other dr out there who will be much more courteous and respectful of their patients."

I had absolutly no problems with my Dr's visit. I highly recommend Dr Moll and his staff.

I fell off a ladder and scattered my wrist. Dr. Moll operated and I have 90 % motion in my wrist. It’s arthritis now. He was professional and personable as well as knowledgeable.

Professional, pleasant and efficient . Determined problem in my knee and solved it quickly.

Dr Moll is a Wonderful physician. His staff goes above and beyond to meet my needs. They are kind, genuinely Care, and very professional. I have found my new Orthopedic office in Florida!

I trust him. In Dr Moll I believe resides the highest degree of integrity for and practice of the art of medicine. He has returned ability to me many times and relieved pain along the way.

Excellent Doctor. I told him exactly how I felt & he listened to my details of how and what I did to get this way with my injurey on my leg. He easily understood how and what I felt. Described everything in detail of what I need to do next as far as X-rays, MRIs, medications, etc. He examined my leg, hip, knee & foot. And he told me what to expect in the future as far as what could happen. A very good doctor as far as I can tell.

Due to the horrible experience I encountered while attempting to schedule an appointment (hung up on 3 times, 15 minute hold time increments). Dr. Moll to call me back. He did 40 minutes later by saying, 'yeah what's up'. I proceed to tell him the story. His response: I'll let the girls know that you were trying to make an appointment, just call back in the morning.' I am assuming the staff had no issue treating me as such because they know that there would be no consequences or standard. Wow!

I was in severe pain with L1 nerve and Dr Moll was referred to me. The clinic is busy but from the time I made the appointment with Tanya I did feel very comfortable seeing Dr Moll. He is very personable and has a great sense of humour . We did X-rays and I had my MRI disc with me. He told me my options and explained my problem in detail. The option of medication seems to be working and I am very grateful for his diagnosis, time and recommendations .

Extremely Uncaring Doctor - Should Have His Medical License Taken Away This doctor left me sitting, untreated with a broken leg on a table in his office, and refused to treat me because I asked him if it would be possible to make his TV lower in the waiting room. He gets no stars. I reported him to the University Hospital CEO and met with the CEO and other hospital staff. My letter to the CEO is on file with the hospital. He gets a zero star rating.

Excellent care and Dr. Moll treats you like you are his only patient. Very skilled in diagnosing and giving options for getting better. Office staff is professional and very welcoming. I highly recommend this practice.

On January 7 Dr Moll performed a total hip replacement on my wife. Today she walks so good that I almost can not keep up with her. We had excellent help along the way in the hospital and and Healthsouth Rehabilitation. The foundation for this almost miraculous recovery was the surgery performed by Dr.Moll.

Fantastic down to earth Dr. I have recommended him to my friend and he agreed that the Doc is a great guy and a great doctor

My dad an I have seen Dr Mohl at his Tamarac practice several times in the last dozen years and he was always helpful, polite and most of all treated out injuries. NOW he's a SPORTS DOCTOR, moved his practice and when I went to see him today after fracturing several ribs in a fall over the weekend , he was barely interested in the report from the Urgent Care I went to over the weekend or their X-rays. Just gave attitude. Clearly he is done with the medicare set, of which I am one. He did not

The first time I saw this doctor, he was early. The second time he was on time. This is unusual. I was operated on for a broken collarbone, and I felt confident under his care, both before and after surgery. In his office, his staff is also doing an excellent job. They all get AAA for Availability, Affability, and Ability.

great -- feel good after taking to him gives me time to explain my needs
