To the Dr. Of a lifetime
Dr. A is the Best Crohn’s disease Doc ever. You truly are a patient & not a number. He listens to your concerns & fears, is never judge mental. He knew when a stubborn nurse did not want to come in. He knew that if you called it meant you needed to be seen. Even if it was his lunch break, or between procedures, it was nice when a doc knows Yupp she’s sick. I’m not sure the exact number of years but 25ish years as my Crohn’s doctor and Guardian angel. Doc contains everything great in the medical field. Leadership by example. Best bedside manner & walk you to the elevator personally Doctor. ( It was always a great sign I got to go home.) lol I was very lucky and grateful to be his patient.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Aberger?
What can I say?! Dr. Aberger has been a Godsend to my husband and me. He first diagnosed me with NASH in December of 2013 and walked me thru the good times and bad times. He referred me to UW Madison for a liver transplant, into the hands of a staff of wonderful people. I finally got my miracle in January 2018, both a liver and kidney. I would not have made it thru it all without Dr. Aberger's help along the way. He was always willing to answer our questions, no matter how silly they sounded. I could always depend on him to return my calls. He would even call me while I was on my way home from an appointment with him, with test results. Now what kind of a good man is that?!? Thank God for you, Dr. Aberger. We hope you enjoy every minute of your retirement. Bev and Jim
