Horrible office staff
They had to cancel my appointment and now can't find a time for me prior to September. Dr. Lastra is a very nice doctor but his staff is incompetent.

First visit Feb. 15 and an emergency visit March 4. Excellent doctor, very attentive, spent long time with me, listened to my concerns. Office personnel very polite, friendly. Office clean. Waiting time 10-15 minutes. I am very happy with this doctor. I switched from an Access doctor to this one, like heaven or hell, the previous doctor I can't say one thing about him. dr. Lastra is excellent.

Dr. Lastr has been my primary care physician for 16 years. He is friendly , humble, and thorough! He’s the BEST primary physician around. I would highly recommend him! He cares about his patients. He spends time explaining procedures. He makes yuh feel like you’re the only appointment he has. He’s never rushed or too busy to answer your questions!

Dr. Lastra, my physician for 8 yrs. A great dr; professional,on top of my lab testing, knowledgeable. However, several months ago, I had been struck by another car.On the recommendation of North Bay Emergency dr., I was told to see Dr. Lastra as soon as possible; I called for an appt,; I was pretty banged up. I was told he would not see me because it was a car accident! He never telephone me back as requested. I needed his help and he turned his back on me. Very unprofessional, disappointing.

I would not recommend this doctor. My grandparent explained their symptoms, and it was severe. My grandparent asked "should I go to the hospital?" his was response was "NO! it's too late." They also use an inhaler and has a hard time breathing, he said he was going to refill their inhaler, never did. Also, they had an appointment for their results at 8:00 am, he had a nurse come out and tell us to come back at 4pm. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional.
