In five months I was unable to make an appointment for a test. One scheduler called after four months and left a message; I returned the call 10 times and was never called again. Another scheduler called two weeks later and left a message. Again I called and was never contacted again.

Dr. Klein, I so want to thank you for trying to literally help save my life. I know I'm very ill, I truly believe other than God, that you will be my savior in keeping me alive. I know in my heart you will go on and beyond to find out what all is happening to me. I pray it will be very soon. I trust you so much. Steer clear of Arizona Gastro.! After months of waiting for an appt with dr Frederick Klein, I arrived early to fill out forms and was told that they had phoned me to cancel/reschedule. I searched my call log and invited them to do the same. No call! I had arranged for child care, etc. and it had been difficult to get there so early...Their extremely unprofessional front desk person, who belongs in a fast food joint, not an office, offered to reschedule--for a date that was already past!
