Horrible Wait Times
You will wait a minimum of 2 to 3 hours every visit. Needs to take into consideration the whole person not just propoganda regarding pain meds.

Be Prepared To Wait – Feb 09, 2024

I do agree with the other reviewers that Dr. Martinez wait is brutal, but my husband had been in pain constantly for over a year. After multiple doctors visits and wasted copays, we saw Dr. Martinez for 1 visit and got a diagnosis and treatment that has been working. I was afraid he would have been a pill pusher, but he is really trying to heal my husband and I am greatful. I just know next time to bring a charged phone, charger, earbuds, book, snacks/drinks, pillow, and some patience.

The only doctor able to diagnose me after 16 yrs of being misdiagnosed by many other specialists. He has been my doctor for 21 yrs. During colder months you can prevent the longer wait by calling ahead to check with staff & they will advise you when to come in if there is a long wait. Warmer seasons the wait is about 30 - 40 min. but you can ALWAYS call staff to check in advance. He will not rush with his patients which is very important when you are dealing with spine or pain treatment.

The only guarantee you have is a really long wait. He is at least 2 hours behind schedule...period. There is nothing you can do about it. He is a very good doctor once you see him. You are the only patient he cares about, at that time. He will go above and beyond for your care. However, one appt will take ALL day. It starts to make you panic...he is also a bit barbaric with trigger point injections...

He is a class A jerk. He knows nothing about others pain. All that matters to him is "his own" opinion. Save your money, go somewhere else! !!!

The wait time is way too long. People in pain should not be made to wait 2-3 hours in the waiting room & another hour in the exam room but yet he charges $200 for a missed appt. He is a good dr but not very professional

Way too long of a wait! I always schedule the first appointment of the day (10 am). He is usually 2 hours late. Staff never seems concerned about this. He is a good doctor, but totally unprofessional.
