I truly do not understand some of these negative reviews - Dr. O'Brien is one of the best providers I've had the pleasure of seeing. She listens, is passionate, straight shooter, and brilliant. Helped me fight insurance for prescription I needed. Thoughtful about approaches to care.

Funny.
HORRIBLE. Appointments were rushed, does not respond to Patient Gateway messages, I informed her I needed a Prior Authorization for a medication then told me to do it myself, barely listens, judgmental, disrespectful when you are calm and respectful with her, and doesn't even keep eye contact with you. She doesn't care about her patients and I'm shocked she's even still practicing medicine. She's disrespectful and has even swore at me during our appointments on more than one occasion. If you're ok with being disrespected and letting your condition get worse, then Dr. O'Brien is perfect for you! Otherwise, if you are offered an appointment with her, RUN and request a new provider right away.

She was by far the best doctor I’ve had. She spent lots of time listening and I felt totally cared for. I would recommend her to anyone. She helped me through a dark time and made sure I was on the right medications. I think she’s terrific. Also, I first went to her when I lived in Massachusetts. I’ve since moved to Nashua, NH and continue to have her as my primary care physician.

HORRIBLE bedside manner, doesn't listen to patients' concerns, very old school doctor. She will just prescribe medicine without trying to help you get to a root cause or will simply turn you away if she thinks you're fine and doesn't take any requests for further testing. One time I had a simple question for her and she made me make an appointment with her to ask it - question was answered in 2 minutes and it was the least helpful response and then I got billed for the appointment.. DO NOT RECOM

Dr. O'Brien treated me with very little respect. Based on the significant number of poor professional reviews she has received online, I think that she might want to reconsider her approach to her patients or even her choice of profession. It's clear that she does not enjoy patient interaction which is the most fundamental role primary care physicians perform. I really can't imagine that patients would trust Dr. O'Brien enough to reveal the type of information that might one day save their lives

I have been looking for a primary care doctor who would take the time to understand my approach to my health. Based on her video, I selected Dr. O'Brien. I prefer a holistic approach and hoped to be able to discuss this with her. Instead I felt judged, and dismissed.
