This was my first visit with Dr. Bergman and it won't be my last! He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He was very thorough, listened to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. As an old nurse, I tend to be a bit more critical but really enjoyed my visit with him and his staff is amazing as well.

Dr. Bergman is always patient and understanding. He asks how you've been and what's going on, and then takes a seat and listens intently to your answers. I've been seeing him since 2004, and I couldn't imagine changing doctors. I've always loved the convenience of the Brookline office, as I live there, but I will follow him to West Penn since the change in offices.

I would rate my visit with Dr. Bergman as one of the all-time most satisfying doctor visits I have ever had. He listened very carefully, gave me the information I needed to know, did an exam, and sent me on my way. He advised me that he didn't feel I needed further diagnostic testing, but gave me a prescription for such testing if I felt that a few months down the line I would like to get it. I felt that he gave me the care and attention I needed, but did not in any way push any extra care.
