Had two squamous cell carcinomas removed via Mohs procedure. Within 1 hour had soaked through original bandage leaving a puddle of blood on the floor. This was on the day after Thanksgiving and I was unable to get through to the office. Called the Neenah, WI location and could not leave a message there either. Called the Appleton office and was able to leave a message on the RN line. When I did not get a call back by 5 PM I went to the ER. Bleeding was then controlled with pressure and wound care. Dermabond was placed however ongoing oozing was present. I was given lidocaine with epinephrine injection and bleeding was improved. Call the office on Mon. with my concerns and was told that they would have sent me to the ER anyway. Called the office later in the week with concerns of pain and infection.The RN who called back told me to take both the acetaminophen and ibuprofen at the same time as they CAN'T give pain meds and running out of antibiotic was fine, went to my primary DR
